[RAS 043.006] Door god, mounted on a horse. He wears theatrical make-up, holds a jian (smooth) baton in one hand, and with his other hand holds his rod of office (hu).

From a collection of 10 Chinese woodblock prints of door gods (men shen) from the Yangtze Valley and South China, donated to the RAS by Brian Houghton Hodgson on 4 November 1826.

[RAS 043.006]门神，骑在马上。他化着戏剧化的妆，一只手拿着剑（光滑的）接力棒，另一只手握着他的权杖（胡）。43 x 28厘米来自10幅来自长江流域和华南的门神木版画，由布莱恩·霍奇森于1826年11月4日捐赠给RAS。
